My bf and I have a king suite at the Hyatt Place, which is one block from the Hyatt host hotel, and has free breakfast and wi-fi. It has a queen sleeper sofa that we'd like to offer up to help defray the cost of the room. It's a very nice hotel, closer to the con than pretty much all the *official* overflow hotels, and is closer to the Hyatt/Marriott action than some of the actual host hotels themselves, plus the room is much more spacious than a lot of the host rooms. We're not big partiers, and are looking to share with 1-2 more folks who are preferably either female or another couple. (Had a yucky creeper experience with single male before, so unfortunately we have to qualify this offer accordingly.) Cost will be $100 per couple per night or $80/night for single.
